It was just another normal day as I was browsing on my phone when I stumbled upon APCA. I started to read about them an my interest piqued. Having successfully completed of a diploma in French patisserie. I was trained under the best chefs of India. Later my time working under Mumbai’s fine dine places has, taught me skills that have polished me from a normal person to professional chef. I have worked in few fine dine places in mumbai an now proudly an entrepreneur, chef for my cloud kitchen Rue De France were my experience is coming handy.It has been excellent journey an I look forward to create that same, standards in the world of pastry that is cherished by everyone.
A Passionate,loving, enthusiastic Baker. Started her journey as Front Office Executive and was part of the Set up Team for Burj Al Arab. Later opportunities took me to Hilton, London for a year. I moved back to Mumbai and became an Entrepreneur. My Passion for Baking led me to complete my Course at APCA, now along with my Best friend, Annie Khanna and other chefs are on a journey to take. I was always keen on being a pâtissier, where I could make people feel ecstatic after eating my desserts. This led me to pursue my diploma in pastry arts from Academy Of Pastry & Culinary Arts- Mumbai. I also acquired certification from City & Guilds for clearing level 2 & level 3 in patisserie.
Myself Eesha Shaikh I am a college student. I am inspired by chef Annie as I have been assisting her from past one year it’s been a great learning and I want to improve my skills. Rue de France gives me an opportunity to grow and I feel lucky to be a part of the team.
I am Pawan Jaiswal I have decided to study and work in this area because when I used to, try and taste all the baked goods it always made me curious about baking. I tried making at my own sometime I fail but didn’t give up that let me to join marine plaza started as trainee under all chefs, working there taught me a lot of things after 4 years working in marine plaza finally I decided to move forward and I joined Rue de France. It has given me a platform to show my skills and lean new things. I hope it will give me an opportunity to become a Head Baker.
I am chef pradeep prakash kadam Becoming a chef was the best decision of my life as I grew up, started my career as an apprentice at Novotel hotel, I have been focused on my career to become a pastry chef/head chef. While having 3 years of experience in this industry still counting it made me grow personally and professionally. I have won few competitions in pastry making at Hotel Marine plaza . I have joined Rue de France to learn new things and it has given me a platform to create something of my own. I am really grateful to be a part of Rue de France.
I am Mitra from Pune. I am a passionate and creative Pastry Chef, always striving for perfection and harmony in food. I have a huge creative side and love for 'Arts' like Pastry, Origami, Miniatures, Dioramas and so on. I am a 'Gold medalist' at State and Regional levels of IndiaSkills, 2021 in Patisserie and a 'Medallion of Excellence' in Patisserie in National level at IndiaSkills, 2021.
